Southwestern Fusion

This project began with a complete redesign of the first floor, including the kitchen, main living spaces, and powder bath, and later expanded upstairs to include the primary bedroom and bathroom, two guest bedrooms, and a guest bath. The client was looking for a home that felt more colorful, personal, and reflective of her tastes, while still remaining cohesive and livable.

With a deep love for blue as a starting point, we expanded the palette to include richer, warmer tones that brought depth and energy to each space. Inspired by Southwest design, the goal was not to lean into a literal or overly themed look, but to reinterpret those influences through color, texture, and carefully selected specialty pieces.

The result is a home that flows seamlessly from the kitchen and living areas through the private spaces upstairs, each room distinct, yet connected. The overall design feels expressive without being overwhelming, grounded yet playful, and deeply personal while remaining functional for everyday life.
